It could be possible to do with other classes too if you use goblin gliders ect. So which bosses do you have to kill? Just linking a video doesn't really answer the question, since if the video goes down, your answer is no longer valid. I edited the post if it was misleading to anyone I am sorry.

While it is called Vault of Archavon, was he really the final boss? Ultimately we might need to consider the Boss with the longest route by normal standards as the final boss.
So, Archavon. But what about Baradin Hold? Really we can make a forum post and edit as we see fit. Ok thank you for the clarification. At the moment i like having it be "whole seconds" vs ms I do think having a timer on the final video is important tho, regardless when you time it.
Goblin warriors? Do you have to? Will that give you a competitive edge? We're playing the optimizing game. Thats what its all about. Yea text speed i think is the main player there.
It was over the course of future patches that others came out during Wrath. If you kill them and check their loot, it gradually increase ilvl based on the patch that they were released. I believe the order was stone, wind, and fire. I've already started to review the board and have the categories separated. Luckily, it's not going to be hard for us to export and move videos around since a lot of us have the links to our own videos still, or have archived their upload somewhere.
Thought I'd still mention it 9. Goblin mage is much faster than human mage, I just don't want to switch at the moment, lol. Wanted to know this as well. Geri0n : I believe I've made the changes! I'm still going to be working on the ruleset definitions, as those need to be worked on.
ConjuredBiscuit : I've made the change! Let me know if you all can see it or if there is anything to edit. I'm not sure what else to do. Hmm, Max is definitely interesting, but its going to be more work for the verifyers. Having to make sure that its all mobs killed. I might be down to do them, but i do not envy you or sadruns having to make sure its actually completed.
We're not using it nefariously, only to go fast. But blizzard may see things differently, and we are providing video evidence lol. I'm sure none of us want to jeopardize our accounts doing this, any thoughts? Out of Bounds and Exploits, usually, aren't really bannable offenses that Blizzard hunts for. There is actually an old memorial in Orgrimmar that was put there for a 19 year old Blizzard employee who passed from unexpected heart failure. It's a stone slab in a room on a wall that says WKM.
As for that, I don't think there are any offenses that are ban-worthy enough other than if you are really bad, and you keep logging in and out of your account, and that somehow throttles their servers. The out of bounds exploitation is minimal, as Blizzard has added a sort of "death barrier" in the out of bounds zoning, and I'm working on a video guide as for how anyone can get out of bounds.
Reliquary of Souls: Watch health, shoot heads. Most notable thing about this boss is that it takes 20 minutes to get to it and 30 minutes getting back due to constantly nodding off. Mother Shahraz: Can be a pain. She will silence you quite often for 10 secs. Can still deal 'owie' level damage. Keep renew and shield up and spam your 3 damage spells when not silenced. Most notable thing about this boss if you weren't a caster, she'd be so faceroll she wouldn't even exist.
Just ignore her altogether. They share a health pool. Ice one you ice them all. Most notable thing about this boss is that if they didn't share a heath pool, I probably wouldn't be able to solo them. Illidan Stormrage: Pew Pew, run run run avoid stuff. When he tosses down his glaves, stay near one and burn down the add coming from the glaive farthest from you. The farther away the fire adds get from their glaive, the more ouch they deliver. Liek you are dead now, ouch. Burn down the one coming towards you from the glaive you aren't near by and then concentrate on the other.
Avoid the epic fire coming from every direction but don't get to far away from the glaive. Hopefully when he is dead, he will drop one of his legendary glaives which of course is of absolutely no value to you because you can't use them since you are a priest.
Most notable thing about this boss is that you have the opportunity to get a legendary weapon you can't use. Comment by Betonkocka When Blizzard introduced the new Warlords expansion, I decided to collect the legendary weapons from here. My main is a Pally, who cannot use them, and my alts are not too good - I thought. But actually, I run through with my ilvl ret paladin on the first bosses to the last one, then I changed to the DK and finished Illidan Stormrage with him.
Both were in the same raid - you might need a friend to invite both of your characters to the same raid group and then the friend can leave the raid. With this method it was VERY easy and fast run. Walking, looting and selling the stuff was much more time consuming than the killing itself. Good thing that the vendors are in the middle hall and you pass through this hall after clearing the wing on the east and north sides. This is one extra vendor option when you cannot use mounts with the vendors.
The only one boss which needs some attention is the Reliquary of Souls; you can kill yourself if you make too high damage on him without self heal.
I used the paladin's healing seal, and it was not a problem. Trash and other bosses should not be an issue. Warglaives did not drop, of course. But this was just first solo run, what should I expect? EU Azuremyst. This raid is a do-not-miss for anyone who likes old content and money. Comment by thunderold stone at Comment by tariel36 Maybe It's a bit outdated but hell, not everyone bought their MoP. How to solo BT as 85lv Rogue. Well, It's nearly impossible because of concuil encounter.
Also keep in mind that my gear ilv is , and I've got Fangs of the Father , so It might be easier or harder, depending on your gear. Spec This is the talent spec and glyphs I used. On some bosses you need serious damage migination and healing. You can always bring some MoP healing potions bought AH so you'll have almost full healup in case of emergency.
Trash Killing trash is meaningless, because you can skip almost everything here. Be aware of stealth detectors the 'eye' above mob's head , ghost wolves of Ashtongue Deathsworn or normal wolves on the way to Teron Gorefiend.
High Warlord Naj'entus Fairly easy fight. You can ignore trash on the way to him, tho if you're combat you might consider killing the 2 elementals next to him.
It's just DPS burst. If it wasn't a bug, you can just wait through it and then finish the job. Supremus Skip the trash. Nothing serious here, just keep your Recuperate up, dont stand in fire, use your defensive abilities if needed and burn him down. Shade of Akama You can't skip trash here, so just kill it before the pull to have easier job.
Boss fight is not hard. Killl the casters that slow down Shade of Akama. When it reach the real Akama, just burn it down. During fight, keep your eyes on adds that are trying to help slowing Shade of Akama, kill them asap.
Teron Gorefiend You'll have to kill some trash on the way, depends on your sneaking skill. Fight is fairly easy, tho he can start to hit harder in the later part, so you can keep few defensive cooldowns for later. As always keep you Recuperate up.
Gurtogg Bloodboil You can skip whole trash here. It took me 2 tries to get him down. The key is to drop the debuffs he stacks on you.
Try to heal through it for a bit at the beginning of the encounter, then use Evasion to dodge his melee attacks so you can reset the debuffs. You have to smart distribute your defensive cooldowns.
You'll need evasion at the end, because of your armor losses and his damage stacking buff. Dropping Acidic Wound might be tricky, but it is possible with some luck. One of the hardest fight here, because you just can't nuke through it. First phase Essence of Suffering - fairly easy, you can burn you dps cooldowns here, because it doesn't really matter.
Remember that your healing is reduced here and you'll need your defensive cooldowns ready for P2. Second phase Essence of Desire - It's the fight breaker here. Even normal melee can kill you here. I highly advice to remove deadly poison from your weapon and pass on all your dot abilities. First of all you need to focus on interrupting the Spirit Shock. It was nerfed so you won't const stunlock but be aware of it since you'll be exposed to the boss during disorient.
If you can't kick it and you have to resist low hp or something you can do so with Cloak of Shadows. Another ability - Deaden - can hurt a but you can dispell it with Cloak I advice you don't or just counter it with Combat Readiness, or just heal through. Last ability - Rune Shield - can help you, but still is a bit dangerous. But, when you attack it, it doesn't reflect damage to you, so you can get some extra combo points to refresh your Recuperate without risk.
Attack only with CP generating skills when you have a lot of hp or Rune Shield is up, refresh your Recuperate, Shiv all the time, interrupt Spirit Shock. Be careful with normal melee hits. It will take some time but you'll finish it of without risk. Don't get exited when it's on low hp, just continue your rotation or you'll waste another try. Mother Shahraz You can skip whole trash again, but be careful for Sukkub patrol around boss.
Another hard fight here. You can ignore most of her skills, she won't teleport you anywhere, but most deadly thing here is her Saber Lash. Saber Lash hit's for enormous damage about 30k to me , it doesn't have any timer and it seems to be used randomly.
On this fight luck, good defensive cooldown usage and healing potions are the key tho I used DPS potions. If you can, try to buff yourself with food, flask, etc. If you want to use DPS potions, prepot. Keeping Recuperate up is a must. Shiv whenever it is possible. Try to save your Evasion for later. The Illidari Council Impossible to solo for me. Get a healer friend for them or lv90 friend.
Illidan Stormrage Never tried, sorry. Comment by jadrianz Decided to come here on my Rogue. After clearing thru akma the only door open was the one leading to Gurttog and Reliquary. Gurttog went down pretty easy and decided to skip reliquary but the other doors were still NOT open. So it appears that reliquary must be completed in order to open gorfiends door and council door. Comment by Nocked Am I seeing this right?
Only 2 two handed weapons in the whole gigantic, trash mob strewn hell hole? Comment by MagiscientistBob My character is currently level 70, and i cannot queue into this raid. I do, however, have one raid available for BC. Do i have to finish that one before the rest become available?
Comment by sfbuck I guess the Illidari noticed the hole in the wall players were coming through to kill Illidan and decided to board it up. They didn't do a very good job though, and you can slip right through. Perhaps tied to your reputation level with the Ashtongue Deathsworn and activated once you free Akama?
It's a lovely instance with plenty of replayability thanks to mog gear, pets, etc. I get tired just thinking about it all that running. Even just being able to mount in the several external areas of the zone would be most welcome. Comment by Saltura I am surprised that no one has talked about this in official forums, on WowHead or any other places.
Do you think it would be the case for Black Temple? Would the items, especially the glaves, be unobtainable just like old Naxx items?
I have most of the items and I have started to farm the glaves for a few other chars who can use them but I just wanted to know what others are thinking.
Comment by Babytoes I tried several ways to piggyback off a raidlock to farm only illidan and was unsuccessful. Even using 2 accounts. Sry guis gotta clear da whole ting.
Comment by aregowe Black Temple Is soloable at Lv. He got them from a demon called Azzinoth who entered Azeroth in the War of the Ancients 10, years ago. Well, probably it occurs to you how he got them, surely not by asking him politely. Ever since, they are his trusted weapons and you can have them if you start farming him with the patience they deserve.
