Who said thanks for the gumball

Does this work with the gumball machines at the supermaket, too? One of my sisters at one time was making fun of one of my other sisters because she squinted at her, so she pretended to put a penny in her eye and said "Penny for a gumball Popeye.

To mail me, get rid 'o "getridodispart" This would be the thing where NutraSweet was just coming out, and they sent 5 free gumballs to anyone who requested, so that they could see how it tasted Thanks for all the responses, folks! I had no idea this many people remembered this one. Rob and Sonya. Reply to author. Report message as abuse. Show original message. If you're about my age, maybe you remember these gumball commercials. I've always thought it was, "Thanks for the gumball, Mickey! At any rate, it was one of those commercials that sticks with you way after it's gone. Cue the sentimental music and childhood pictures. Enough reminiscing. This is a gumball shaker card I made for the Papercrafts Idol Challenge here.

The challenge is to use washi tape in your card, so I put some rows of tape on cardstock and then die cut circles for the gum. A punch would have been a million times easier, but I didn't have one the right size. Still, I had the die, so I can't complain. I had to fidget with the layers so I didn't get the embossed part of the circle, just the cut.

The stars and star sequins come from Pretty Little Studio. I'm entering it over at Simon Says Stamp too! Have a Great Monday, and thanks for the gumball!
