I decided to try out this foundation after reading multiple positive reviews. I really like foundations that are a bit lighter in coverage, but was not satisfied with this one. The consistency was very watery making it difficult to apply and smooth on my face. Once on, it seemed to look okay, not great. I only used it a few weeks before giving up. This makeup base covers well. It is reasonably priced and you don't need to use much. It also provides some sunscreen because of the opacity.
This is my favorite foundation! No matter what comes out and I give a try, I haven't found anything I keep coming back to other than this. It doesn't seep into any fine lines and gives your skin a glow that doesn't make you look greasy. I decided I would try this after all the hype and sadly I didn't live it.
It's very watery and I didn't like the final look. I may try it once more and try to apply it a different way but was very disappointed. I'll stick with my it cosmetics cc cream. Right out of the bottle, the color was a perfect match. I decided to wear it anyway, so I could decide whether to return or exchange. It didn't have much coverage. I'd consider it a light coverage. I finished my makeup and headed to town. I forgot to mention that I put maybelline lasting fix setting spray twice and nyx matte setting spray twice, allowing it to dry completely between layers. I did some shopping, got my nails done and headed home.
I was gone 4 or 5 hours. The inside of my mask is covered in foundation. There was no makeup left on my t-zone at all. Its a no for me. Really love this foundation and will always buy! Just wish the powder and concealer could have stayed as well. I like the shade range more for the foundation than the concealer. For reference, when they had the concealers the lightest shade of the concealer color matched the 3rd foundation in this line.
